What is the minimum rental period?
All rentals are for a minimum period of one month. Rentals can be returned before the first month is over, but the one-month charge remains applicable. If you need to extend the rental period, please contact us one week before the rental period is over.
Shipping
We use local couriers for delivery in NYC and FedEx for shipments to other cities. It is the customer’s responsibility to save all straps, flight cases and other materials for returning the equipment once the rental period is over. It is also the customer’s responsibility to safely package any equipment to be returned.
Inventory
Every rental is delivered with an inventory list of equipment. The customer is responsible for making sure that every item on this list is intact and returned at the end of the rental.
Holds and Cancellations
Our rental systems are built to order. Each system that goes out has to be built and tested, software has to be loaded. Sometimes new parts have to be ordered. We ask that you give us at least 3 days time to set up your rental before delivery, to avoid any problems or errors.
